The Liam Connection

I just realized that guys named Liam are fuckin’ hilarious and … dare I say it? geniuses.

Take Liam Lynch for example. He is the creator of the infamous Sifl & Olly show and the genius behind the ever-popular Lynchland Podcast, which is an incredible amalgamation of puppetry, green-screen technology, comedy and good ol’ fashioned punk rock music. He also directed two movies which I am adding to my NetFlix list immediately: Tenacious D: the pick of destiny and Sarah Silverman’s Jesus Is Magic. He’s a terrific writer, musician and modern-day wait. Plus, he’s cute in that geeky sorta way. Another interesting sidenote is that

Then there’s Liam Sullivan, better known as Kelly. This iconic diva became famous from her viral video “Shoes“. This comedic genius is on tour with Margaret Cho, so we got to see him live. He is funny as fuck and creates characters and situations that are so oddball, they deserve their own sitcom.

I’ve always wondered if an individual’s destiny is pre-determined based on the name they are assigned at birth. Parents, choose wisely when you name your child. And I’d think twice about naming him Gaylord or Liberace if I were you.
